a sandwich that jumps from $8 to $14 never goes back to $8. rent that climbs from $1,400 to $2,200 stays at $2,200 forever.
gas, groceries, insurance, all of it. prices only move in one direction
inflation becomes permanent the moment everyone accepts the new number.
and we always accept it because we have no other choice
then workers ask for raises just to survive the prices they had nothing to do with creating.
and suddenly they’re the problem. they’re “hurting the economy” by wanting to afford food
the economy for who exactly.
because whoever it’s working for it sure as hell isn’t us

A group of former Indiana Girls All-Stars joined me in putting on an amazing one-day basketball camp down here in SW Indiana. We honored the 55 former All-Stars in HS basketball from schools/communities in this portion of our basketball rich state. 152 of the next generation of lady ballers attended and got better! We want these girls to truly understand the prestige and honor that is associated with being named an Indiana All-Star! More events coming in the future! We had 6 former All-Stars join us (7 if you include me 😁) An awesome day to challenge these girls to "Be Different" @indallstars @SWI_Sports @dlworland
