@BillGrimsey remember Bishy Road which you kindly mentioned in your second High Street Review? @bishyroadnet have a problem here!!
So we bought a brand new van Nov 2020, there is faulty paintwork on the driver's door which we reported & ford have repeatedly ignored our messages. Neither had they reported on it during its routine service.
Had it's first MOT today by an independent garage @forduk fix it NOW!
@forduk After two years of waiting for a paintwork issue to be sorted under warranty our patience is now wearing thin.
We're now having to resort to social media in hope of a swift resolution.
We look forward to your response.

Nope. The little envelope still isn't there. Twitter isn't letting me send you a direct message.
So yes, we still have the problem, and we need it fixing - please can you tell me who WILL do something about it?
Thankyou.

Well! As Visual Merchandising & Display is such a visual subject, relaying it over Zoom hasn't been my preferred choice I must admit. BUT it works!
