THE SDNY IS A NOT JUSTICE...IT IS WEAPONIZATION Defendant @MikeC0921 received an extra year in prison for publicly maintaining his innocence? That is what Michael Castillero’s attorneys stated happened after he spoke out about his case. A defendant’s right to speak should never depend on whether a prosecutor likes the message. @realDonaldTrump - review this pardon request. Demand answers before another family is torn apart. 🚨Repost. The SDNY is so corrupt at this point, they have the ability to hurt any defendant who passes through their doors. And that harm extends to every American because we all suffer when those who are meant to uphold the law & the principles of justice, instead are the ones dishonoring those sacred things.

Bought and paid for. Him and Dan Bongino are sell-outs.
FBI Director Kash Patel has formally agreed to work with Democratic Rep. Jared Moskowitz to reform Section 230, which critics say will target Americans on social media who post "conspiracy theories" about Israel.

WE AUDITED ALL 58 FOREIGN-BORN FEDERAL JUDGES SITTING ON AMERICA'S BENCH FOR LIFE. I spent over a billion tokens and about 45 days on this deep dive. Through this deep dive and the over a million court cases we have combed through, we have launched an American First Index (AFI) for the site. (More on it as we improve the metrics and refine deeper.) Out of 58 sitting foreign-born Article III judges, 43 were appointed by Biden or Obama. Among those drawn from ACLU and public defender pipelines, border enforcement is blocked over 80% of the time and 60% of criminal sentences fall below federal guidelines. We have added an interactive tool on bench receipts that allows you to drill down and look at how each of these judges behave on the bench. This is just the start. The federal judges are easier to identify than the state level judges. I assume there are 100s if not 1000+ foreign born or first-gen American on our benches. They do not judge on our laws, they judge on the culture they came from. This is a huge reason our country has lost its identity.

Let me break down what I'm seeing and hearing here from DR. I don't know DR's source for these materials , but they appear completely legit and are profoundly disturbing. These are leading members of the Democrat Party hatching up the following strategy: 1. After the midterms, use the DSA to incite and carry out violent civil unrest. 2. Make the violent civil unrest so bad that Trump must invoke the Insurrection Act. 3. Use the invocation of the Insurrection Act to create a national sense of illegitimacy whereby Democrat governors appear justified in taking the extreme action of refusing to acknowledge federal authority and push to form a new form of federal government via various means, including an Article V transformation of the Constitution. Maybe there is more to this and it's not as bad as it seems, but right now this appears to be a conspiracy to create the next Fort Sumter. This is a CIA-style color revolution in real time, on our own soil. (Of course the legacy media is nowhere near this--it takes us Internet randos to get the word out.)
The past few days, I got my hands on thousands of new transcripts and hundreds of recordings, thanks to leads from @SKDoubleDub33 and @iamlisalogan . You've heard that the DSA is proposing structural reforms to America, including abolishing the Senate and imposing term limits. What you not have heard is - there is an operational plan to put it all into action. If the Democratic Party sweeps 2026, then DSA will become "foot soldiers" in constant clashes with the administration to cross a "red line" or invoke a "doomsday scenario" - meaning, President Trump invokes the Insurrection Act, probably sometime in 2027. Then, a lot of coordinated responses kick off, including delegitimizing the federal government itself and handing that legitimacy to Democratic governors. 2028 then becomes a vote on whether to keep America governance as-is or to burn it all down to appease a "young and brown" demographic. The mysterious group who's been coordinating 50501, Indivisible, and coordinating the NoKings protests is called "United Democracy Alliance" and their intellectual leader is Erica Chenoweth who came up with the 3.5% rule of nonviolent regime change. Patience. I know I've hyped this more than anything else. It's genuinely the biggest discovery I've had. This is an enormous archive. This is only the beginning.

Isn't plotting a coup against the federal government sedition?
It seems @DataRepublican has discovered that the Dems & DSA communists have been working on very specific and detailed plans for instigating a coup / regime change / civil war in the U.S. after next month's midterm elections: < Leading Dems are hatching up the following strategy: 1. After the midterms, use the DSA to incite and carry out violent civil unrest. 2. Make the violent civil unrest so bad that Trump must invoke the Insurrection Act. 3. Use the invocation of the Insurrection Act to create a national sense of illegitimacy. 4. There's an entire secret society of homeschooling families that have their teens get bachelor's and master's degrees from Liberty University at like 15 or 16 years old yearly and I think that's wild.

Once you start homeschooling and see how fast your kids learn and progress, you realize that public school is essentially a daycare center that is pedagogically optimized for the bottom quintile.

🚨BREAKING! Kash Patel is targeting Ketanji Brown Jackson’s husband for selling Supreme Court access! “For $500,000, you can plead your case privately to one of nine justices,” Patel revealed. “Brown Jackson compromised at least seven cases.” The FBI Director says the ethics committee can handle her, he’s got his sights set on the husband. Corruption in robes won’t stand.

Ted Cruz’s former intern and organizer for the largest conservative youth summit in Texas has just confirmed he voted for James Talarico.
I just cast my ballot for James Talarico. As a second-generation Indian American, I am thoroughly disgusted by the xenophobia, racial resentment, and increasingly brazen attacks on my identity. My family has contributed to the American story through hard work, sacrifice, and an unwavering belief in the opportunities this nation promises. I am every bit as American as anyone else, and I will not tolerate being treated as a perpetual foreigner in the country I call home. I implore every eligible Texan to get out and vote. This election is about the kind of state and country we are prepared to defend—and the principles we refuse to surrender. @TeamTalaricoHQ @texasdemocrats

793,000 JOBS ERASED. QUIETLY. Revised lower in 16 of 20 months. The data is not real. The hiring was weaker than anyone told you. On top of visa hiring, the offshore pipeline WAS real. 2.36M workers sit in India's capability centers with ZERO US disclosure required.
JUST IN: US jobs reports have been revised lower in 16 of 20 months, erasing 793,000 jobs

INFOSYS H-1B COLLAPSING AS THEY MOVE TO HELPING US COMPANIES OFFSHORE TO INDIA They entered 759 workers in this year’s H-1B lottery. Last year it was 8,886. So, they offshore instead. Watch where the work goes. This morning Infosys announced it has staffed Truist's new Hyderabad center past 1,400 people in six months. Truist's tech chief says they are "not even halfway" to the near-term goal. Truist is a Charlotte bank. Last month it filed WARN notices for 253 North Carolina jobs as it exits auto lending. Every visa rule needs an offshoring rule next to it.

YES IT IS POSSIBLE TO VOTE THE H-1B OUT OF EXISTENCE. BUT YOU HAVE TO SHOW THEM THAT YOU WANT IT.

🚨🚨THE DEMOCRACY FILES, PART 1: THE PLAN 🚨 I am working on gathering all the documents. Now, here's something to understand about the "democracy" and protest ecosystem: almost nobody knows the 'grand plan' so to speak. They simply agree to play a role. For example, 99% of people breaking stuff on the streets believe they're doing it out of an organic uprising. They don't see that the police have been ordered to stand down. They don't see that legal services have already been arranged for them. They don't see that foundations are paying for their bonds. Similarly here, governors aren't participating in a pact to destroy the Constitution. Governors simply have agreed to push back on the Insurrection Act. The effect is the same: the governors end up playing a role in a grander plan. I call this "shared epistemology" in my book Unelected. Motivations differ, people rarely agree to the big evil supervillain framing, but incentives all converge in the same end goal. No Kings might not agree to explicitly tear down the Constitution, but they nonetheless work with DSA and will turn out millions of people if the right phone call is put in. Here is one articulation of the plan - and crucially, since then, they have put many NGOs in their places to execute their proper role at all levels when the time is right. Many more coming.

Too many people are ignorant of how far along these denerates are in their planning. If we had a functioning Department of Justice, doors would be kicked in and these seditionists rolled up

COGNIZANT ENTERED ZERO WORKERS IN THIS YEAR'S H-1B LOTTERY. IT STILL FILED 5,769 H-1B LABOR APPLICATIONS. Both numbers are real. Here is how. The lottery is the door for new H-1B workers. Cognizant's main US entity entered nobody this year, per USCIS. But every H-1B job needs a labor filing at the Labor Department. That includes workers already here. From October to June, Cognizant filed 5,769 of them. Extensions. Transfers. New client sites. Job or wage changes. They’re already here. And they’re not leaving.
Cognizant Technology Solutions U.S. Corp. filed 5,767 certified H-1B applications in FY2026. The person responsible: Ravi Kumar S, Chief Executive Officer. 0.0% are at Level I (entry) wage. guestworkervisas.com/dm_cogn…

I've been paying attention to those calls. I've kept them for convenience because I split my time between CONUS and overseas. After my insurance (auto, home, umbrella) when up $1200 this year, paying for the convenience no longer seems worth while. They used to be a decent bank and insurer. It's sad to see this happening

Replying to @chestwhig @USAA
I was reading there was a sizable IT staff layoff in the past week or two. It has me wondering how many of their IT staff are still Americans? I see this as a problem for USAA along with much poorer service overall
