100 ground balls today and working toward 300 a week before Show Me the Money. Better every day, cleaning up the little things, and getting ready for summer ball to start

Next stop, regional semi finals. Couldn’t be more proud of my team and how far we’ve come!

I am so grateful to have the opportunity to visit Carnegie Mellon yesterday and meet with Coach Harrison! I loved campus and can’t wait to be back! @SoftballCMU

Steps forward, not backward — progress in every rep! Wiping the rust off from this short break and getting back to grinding. Can’t wait for fall, big things ahead. @Coach_LWood @CoachSween @CoachSophDevesa @CoachCButler @jschurr7 @biankabell27 @bowey23

Summer season is over, time to get ready for fall. Stronger everyday!

Was blessed to spend the week with my team at Triple Crown Nationals in Missouri. We played the top competition in the country. Although we can up short as a team, I was fortunate to hit .562 with 9 hits. Did very well behind the plate, catching 4 games! I am so grateful for what the season and coaches taught me and I can’t wait for fall. @triplecrownspts @biankabell27 @bridgetorchard @BBrendanM @kara_shutt @CoachCButler @CoachSophDevesa

Topped out at 70.2 exit velocity today. Staying consistent and getting a little better every day. @BryantSoftball @biankabell27 @bridgetorchard @JohnCarrollHS

Team went 7-0 in South Carolina and finished with a total of only 4 runs getting scored against us all weekend. I ended up batting .500 for the weekend. So happy where I’m at, and I can’t wait for more! @WoffordSoftball @UpstateSoftball @ElonSoftball @CatamountSB @TXBlaze16uFL

District Champs! I am beyond proud of this team. Next stop regionals💪🏼

Did some machine work getting ready for high school districts. Worked on location and really staying through the ball.

Had a great weekend with @FLFCmueller in the @BackwardsKJax showcase. Overall, we were 4 - 0 - 1. It was a great way to finish the season. I threw 4 girls out at 2 and went 5 for 10 at the plate. @bowey23

Had a great time today at the Villanova softball camp. Thank you @VUSoftball for all the great feedback. @bowey23 @FLFCmueller #novanation

Close game last night, 6-4 against Cardinal Newman. We made sure to hold them in the last inning, and had great energy. – at Winter Beach, FL

First throw downs back after surgery. It’s good to be on the field again.
