🎭 Provocations for Drama 🎭
@MabLanePri used 'Conscience Alley' to explore different choices to deepen their understanding of their current #ReadySteadyWrite story. 📚 @MrsFarleyMLP @MabLaneEnglish
Children write best about what they know. We fill our #ReadySteadyWrite units with lots of opportunities for drama. This fills them with ideas and vocabulary to then add to their writing.

In English, we used Conscience Alley to help our main character decide whether to take the short or long route to Grandma’s house. The shorter route would run through a dangerous forest, but the longer route would take forever! @MabLanePri @MabLaneEnglish @LiteracyCounts1
