Quick info about our upcoming development. Races are a core integral part of our Awakening Hunters IP, so we will bring them into our next development product. Each player will have their own domain (land) tied to their chosen race. This domain system will be a core feature of the game and will play an important role in its development. Current progress the team is working on: 🔹Mapping fundamental game loop, 🔹Concept characters/workers/NPCs, 🔹Map and structure design, 🔹Cards and other core elements Creating a game IP from scratch is really challenging but also exciting, because it brings our Web3 collection to life and gives players more reasons to collect, engage and unlock deeper experiences. We know our first utility in Awakening Hunters is mainly for PFP identity, but over time we’ll expand it to reach new archetype users, especially gamers. Once we release our whitepaper (next month), we will restructure our discord server by adding a "dev blog" and a general chat for games so holders can get more information on the progress each month.

Despite seeing a lot of doubt and concern about our collection, there are only a few who truly understand the approach and direction we're trying to convey. If we were just after a fast sell-out, I could have done a pre-sale (like many other collections did) and not rejected most of the investors/whales who came to me to cover all the sales. But yeah... things get tough when you choose a path that targets your ideal audience for your IP. We didn’t reduce the price because we value its quality. For some, it feels high because they view it as just a PFP but for us, it’s a long-term IP that will integrate into our own product across both Web2 and Web3. Again, whether we sell out or not, we will continue delivering and building a QUALITY product that aligns with the values and principles of the gaming and anime industries.

Awakening Hunters is much cheaper than any other notable anime mint collection that existed before (minus the quality comparison). We could have gone on Abstract or ETH and raised it to a $200 mint if we wanted to chase hype or more sales, but we decided to stick with Ronin because it has better infrastructure for gaming IP. When I say it's better, it's because i understand their ecosystem. I know their strengths and weaknesses. It's not a perfect chain, but the opportunities inside it are infinite. It's just that its full potential hasn't been unlocked yet. Maybe you won't see it right now, but having spent more than a decade working in the gaming industry in Web2 (publisher/media), i know both the pain and the experience behind it. Whether we sell out or not, there will be no changes to our direction. We can technically adjust the priorities and focus on what we can control. If there are only 2k members who bought the NFT, we will work around them. If there are only 1k members who bought, still the same, we will focus on these core community members. No need to worry about sales. We've been building this for 2 years without any backers or investors. Don't buy these NFTs if you're speculating for rewards because this collection is not meant for investment. It's a product collection that will focus on IP digital entertainment and a value services model for both Web2 and Web3. Minting will happen in the next 10 hours. Be sure to check if you're eligible. If not, you can monitor and wait for the public sale. marketplace.roninchain.com/l…
