This sentence from Carl Jung hits hard.
“No matter how isolated you are and how lonely you feel, if you do your work truly and conscientiously, unknown friends will come and seek you.”

neuroplasticity reminds us that our brains are not fixed but infinitely adaptable.
with every new experience and every effort to grow, we have the power to rewire our brains and transform our lives.

If you ever felt like your desire is too big to manifest or they take too long to materialize this is for you .
Be bored. Wake up without checking you phone. Have your coffee in silence. Go for walks without headphones. Stare at a wall. Look out the window. Watch the clouds move. Just sit in silence listening to your breath. No podcasts. No music. No videos. No constant stimulation. Just you. Alone. Existing without worrying about "what to do next". We've become so addicted to consuming that we've forgotten how to exist without input. When your brain is constantly being fed something it never gets the chance to wander. Boredom gives you that chance. The time to relearn how to be alone with your beautiful mind.

Neuroplasticity works faster under high emotional intensity. If you can resist a craving when it's at its peak, you get a bigger rewiring effect. This is why the hardest moments matter most, they're not setbacks, they're high-voltage opportunities to change.
Thank you lord for keeping things moving smoothly🙏😊
delete tiktok. watch old movies. embrace boredom. quit doomscrolling. eat without stimulation. hang out in book shops. slow your mornings down. walk without headphones. start believing in yourself. create phone boundaries. stare out the window. visualize your future. learn new skills. seek discomfort. experience life.
Enjoy the show.😊😁
He is correct! The soul knows all truths and it knows everything. All you gotta do is ride the wave because the secret lies in it.
What he quietly unveils is the ancient recognition that you are not the egoic character struggling to force a future it has never seen but the pure observing awareness in which the entire movie of a life is already scripted, directed and eternally known by the soul.
The limited “I”, the conditioned identity shaped by past experience and hungry to wrestle the universe into its preferred plot is simply the main character inside a show whose ending the soul has already written from outside of time.
The secret was never hidden in some distant spiritual achievement, it is the living recognition that you are simultaneously the witness in the theater and the character on the screen and that the entire play unfolds perfectly the moment the ego stops trying to rewrite a script the soul already completed.

I AM SCARED THAT I MIGHT DIE, AND NOBODY KNOWS HOW MUCH PAIN I AM LIVING WITH. 💔😭
I have rewritten this post countless times because I don't even know how to explain what is happening to me anymore. My life is falling apart, my body is failing me, and I am honestly scared that one day I might just collapse and never get back up.
Please, if you see this on your timeline, don't scroll past me. I am not asking for luxury. I am not asking for a comfortable life. I am simply begging for a chance to know what is wrong with my body and, hopefully, get my life back.
For a long time now, I have not been myself. I have tried different medications, hoping that one day I would wake up and feel normal again, but I keep getting worse.
I feel something heavy beneath my left rib. I urinate excessively. I get tired from the smallest activities. I sweat even when the weather is cold. I have a metallic taste in my mouth, pains in my stomach whenever I squat, and sometimes a sharp pain that leaves me frightened.
My heartbeat becomes irregular. Sometimes, someone simply closing a door is enough to make my heart race as though I am in danger. I cannot remember the last time I had a peaceful night's sleep. I experience disturbing, vivid dreams, and even when I close my eyes, my mind refuses to rest.
I have lost my appetite, yet my body keeps getting bigger. I struggle to walk long distances without becoming exhausted. Every day, I wake up wondering what is happening to me. Sometimes, my mind goes straight to the possibility of kidney problems, and the fear alone is becoming unbearable.
Last year, I went to the hospital and carried out some tests. The results showed a heavy growth of Staphylococcus aureus. Unfortunately, after paying for the tests, I barely had enough money left to pursue treatment.
A doctor recommended Augmentin, explaining that it could help treat the infection based on my test results. I couldn't afford much, so I managed my condition and kept hoping that somehow things would get better.
This year, I reached a point where I could no longer cope. I cried out for help here on X, and some incredibly kind strangers came through for me. Through their generosity, I was able to get two packs of Augmentin. I took one tablet in the morning and one in the evening for two weeks, as prescribed.
I thought that would finally be the beginning of my healing.
I prayed. I hoped. I waited.
But today, I am still here, struggling. I have seen no improvement. I still feel terrible, and the symptoms that have made my life unbearable are still there.
I don't know whether the infection is still present, whether something else is wrong, or whether there is another explanation for everything I am experiencing. I am not a doctor, and I don't want to keep guessing with my life.
Someone advised me to return to the hospital and repeat the necessary investigations, including urine, semen and blood tests, so I can find out what is actually happening.
I need 40,000 naira to carry out these tests. That is the amount standing between me and the opportunity to get answers about my health.
Please understand what it means to be sick and not have the money to find out why. To feel pain every day and be unable to do anything about it. To wake up frightened, go to bed frightened, and spend the hours in between pretending that you are fine because you don't know who else to turn to.
I am not lazy. I am not deliberately sitting around doing nothing. I am a young man who desperately wants to work, earn money, take care of himself and live a normal life. But this illness has made even the simplest things difficult. I can barely work the way I used to, and sometimes I cannot walk far without feeling exhausted.
The most painful part is that people see me from the outside, but nobody truly knows what I am carrying inside. Nobody sees the fear, the sleepless nights, the pain, the uncertainty, or the silent tears.

neuroplasticity proves that your identity is not fixed; it's being built in real time by what you repeatedly think, feel and focus on.
always remember that your brain doesn't take into account your intentions, it responds to repetition.

belief is a biological advantage that rewires your brain and changes your life.
when you fully believe that you will achieve your goals, you get more dopamine because your brain starts to anticipate a reward.
it becomes a predictable outcome and your brain loves predictability.
and of course more dopamine means more motivation, more action, more unstoppable.
having certainty in your path also activates the parasympathetic branch of your nervous system which is associated with the feeling of safety, which means you can think clearer, take more creative risks and enjoy the process.
belief allows you to have more fun and enjoy the journey, and this is where all of your success lies because you're always going to want something else.
belief also makes you more resilient to the struggles and obstacles that you're gonna face along the way; you take bigger risks and you bounce back faster.
you will also have a lot more mental energy because you're not constantly doubting whether what you're doing is gonna work; doubt is a dopamine destroyer!
if somebody told you that in the next 24 months you are guaranteed to achieve your goal as long as you're moving toward it, how would you feel, what would you do and how would you move differently?
it's time to start moving like it's already yours.
