3 major milestones were reached for the ecosystem, impacting the protocol, holders, and the future ahead.

PACT Foundation is excited to announce two major ecosystem updates that reinforce protocol value accrual and ecosystem alignment.
1) Token and Equity Alignment
@pact_labs has officially migrated under PACT Deployment Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of the PACT Foundation.
All protocol IP and revenue now belong exclusively to the Foundation and PACT token holders – meaning 100% of protocol earnings stay within the foundation ecosystem governed by token holders, with no payouts to private equity investors.
2) Fee-Funded Token Buybacks are Live
The fee-funded buyback program approved under Proposal PIP:003 is now active.
After a $200k annual operating budget, 80% of net protocol fees fund open-market PACT token buybacks, while the remaining 20% flows to the protocol reserve.
To date:
→ $466.7K collected in protocol fees
→ 146.4M PACT tokens bought back
Repurchased tokens are held in a segregated vault and cannot be released without a governance vote, with a 10% cap on annual release earnings.

Some ecosystems catch your attention. Others give you reasons to stay.
For me, Aptos started with @AptosHausa . I became curious, started learning and contributing, and over time, that journey led me to the @AptosCollective .
But staying in the ecosystem for a while has changed how I see @Aptos .
What keeps me bullish is not just the technology. It’s seeing projects that could help give Aptos a stronger future.
@DecibelTrade is one of them. It shows what can be built around onchain trading on Aptos.
Then there’s @shelbyserves , working on decentralized data and creating more ways for people to build on Aptos.
These two projects are a big reason why I believe Aptos can become much stronger in the years ahead.
There’s still work to do, and I don’t expect everything to happen overnight.
But I’ve seen the community grow, I’ve contributed along the way, and now I’m excited to see what these builders do next.
That’s why I’m still here.
And that’s why I’m still bullish on Aptos.

Why @Aptos?
The Move language + parallel execution made me curious. Seeing real products like @DecibelTrade actually run meaningful volume on it made me stay.
Tech is solid, upgrades keep shipping, and stablecoin + trading activity is growing. Still needs more builders, better UX, and deeper liquidity but the direction feels right.
Still early. Still bullish.
