Seeing my character get party buffs only to roll less than a 7 on 3 different turns with advantage and extra attack is disheartening

Doing an impromptu 17 hour stream for the use of life was not a good idea for my throat but man did I have such a good time. I still have a boss fight and a second route to do as well which I'm excited for

For the first time in a long time I have the slightest urge to play league.

Im happy to close the page on another campaign. We saved the world but an npc I cared for couldnt be saved along with 100's of deaths from the people we took to fight the final boss with. Thought I would be ok after some rest but ended up crying this morning.

Todays the final session for my saturday campaign. I think I did well to avoid thinking about it during our three week break but the fear crept in last night. Im extremely happy with this campaign but I expect pain until the final die is cast.
