I hope Priya gets to pick before Elicia otherwise she’s going to get stitched up again 🫣 #loveislanduk

Does everyone have an SSN team they dislike and why is it Fever?!

I have read a lot of books this summer and this one by @stewfoster1 by far was my absolute favourite. Have always been a fan of Stew’s writing and this one blew me away. Thank you Stew for sharing such a moving story and getting such an important message out there.

I have had one of the BEST days in my teaching career today! A day of book chat, quizzes, origami bookmarks, hot chocolate and finally got to meet the brilliant @stewfoster1 in person (10/10 would definitely recommend!) Just what the kids, and their very tired teacher, needed!

Asked my class to help pick my next read yesterday as I couldn’t decide. I read the blurbs from each & it was a clear victory for @stewfoster1 ‘All the Way Down’. We then got cosy in front of the (on screen) fireplace to enjoy the first chapter together in First Chapter Friday 📖

My class and I read ‘The Final Year’ together last year and they absolutely loved it! They were disappointed there wasn’t a sequel and so were very excited to hear of this release! Hoping it’s published before July so we can read it together 🤞🏻

Come on Vixens 🦊 So bored of watching the Fever just bomb it into Fowler-Nembhard (who never gets called for anything) week in, week out. #VIXvFEV

I laughed and cried throughout and finished the entire book in one day. Thank you @40somethingfkup for writing such a superb book with an incredibly relatable character. I’m not quite 40 yet but so many things resonated with me. Can’t wait to read the next one! ❤️

Absolute joke from @TicketmasterUK this morning! On your website from 9:30am this morning ready for tickets going on sale at 10:00am and literally within seconds of sales opening you have no tickets!!! But it’s okay, as I can buy them for almost treble the price as a resale 😡

Honestly this commentary is awful! 🤫 #ENGvRSA

I am absolutely gutted to be missing this today as I’m unwell! Typical! 🤦🏼‍♀️ I’m so glad my class still get to go and I look forward to hearing all about it from them.

This afternoon my class and I took part in a virtual Evolution workshop with @NHM_London. The session was really informative and interesting and we all took lots away from it. A great way to introduce our Science unit of work for this term.

Why do the umpires insist the penalised player stand right beside the player taking the penalty? As long as they’re out of play why does it matter? 🤷‍♀️ #NWC2023
