Naeshaun Montgomery spent his first five days at #Mizzou training with his father and then new teammates as more transfers arrived on campus.
That dedication flowed deeper into the offseason as the new Tigers became closer: on3.com/sites/mizzou-today/n…

Naeshaun Montgomery, a transfer WR from Florida, was listed on the first-team offense on #Mizzou's first official depth chart.
When we asked Eli Drinkwitz about him, he shared a hilarious story: Montgomery slept *in the locker room* during fall camp. 247sports.com/college/missou…

Montgomery feels like a guy that could pop sooner than later for Mizzou. Could become one of the best receivers very quick.
Naeshaun Montgomery started a trend of #Mizzou's players sleeping in the locker room overnight during fall camp. The team's captains had plenty to say on that subject, plus more, today during media availability:

I think Naeshaun is going to end up being really good, very excited to see what he does this year.
Drinkwitz on #Mizzou WR Naeshaun Montgomery, who is listed as a starter on the depth chart:
Naeshaun's been one of our most improved players from spring to now. Just the consistency of the amount of work that he's put in, his commitment to the team. He slept in the locker off all camp, except for the night before off days, just being dedicated to his process to to develop these kinds of unbelievable catches.

#Mizzou HC Eli Drinkwitz told us today that receiver Naeshaun Montgomery would sleep in the locker room during camp...and quite a few guys joined him!
"We would walk in, 6 am...like, he's laying in his air mattress and I'd just jump on it and wake him up."
These captains say it says a lot about this team's dedication ⬇️
