▪️Treat everyone as a person
▪️A person who plays ⚽, not a footballer
▪️A team with a clear idea, not identity is key
▪️If got an identity can only play 1 way
▪️Winning system is comfortable players on pitch
▪️Goal is happy supporters

It is a privilege to be working with this amazing young man on improving his strength and fitness. It has been very sobering to hear him talk about the year he has had in his typical ‘matter of fact’ way. I look forward to continuing to work with Ellis in the new year. 💪
“My son was turned away from the minor injuries unit twice after being told it was growing pains.”
December 2019, Ellis, aged 12, was diagnosed with osteosarcoma in his knee. Ellis’ Mum, Gemma has shared her son’s story of resilience. Read it now: ow.ly/XXHU50CMOZA
Amazing from everyone involved
We made it! Thank you Ramsgate FC family. 6,000 miles covered in lockdown that has raised over £10,000 for charity. It’s been a pleasure being a part of keeping local families healthy and enjoying exercise together. #COYR @NonLeaguePaper @TonyIncenzo @IsthmianLeague

Comparison is the thief of joy.
Don’t compare. Because those apparently doing ‘better’ than you, will catch your attention and dull your flame.
You are exactly where you are supposed to be. Live with passion, deal in honesty, thrive with desire.
Just be you...it’s enough❤️

This is absolutely brilliant 😂
With tomorrow’s match cancelled we encourage our fans to attend @margate_fc V @WorthingFC
They’ve been struggling with low attendances and at this time it’s important we stick together.

“I’ve seen football sessions where they look like they’re perfect, like clockwork. But the game’s not like that, is it? It’s messy, so you’ve got to create sessions that are messy.”
