Thrilled about @WVHEPC’ announcement, awarding West Virginia’s Community and Technical College System a historic $15 million to expand access to postsecondary programs and workforce opportunities.
I strongly support our state’s CTC System and am proud to have funded this program overall through my Labor-HHS Appropriations Subcommittee.
