If Carrick and Fernandes have had clear the air talks can the defence have clear the ball talks?

Amorim has gone up in my esteem.
He called these prats out and suffered the idiotic emotions of Wilcocks.
Carrick is staying there and protecting them.
Resign or at least say something.
I respect the Amorim the man more than Carrick the man.

It’s just nonsense
We’ve been shit all season
They didn’t rock up at Hull 1st day of season & think let’s get rid of Carrick
Just fucking lazy punditry

Michael Carrick will doubtless pay the price with his job for this deserved defeat to an excellent Bournemouth side and another lifeless display by his Manchester United team. Some of his selections and tactics have been questionable, United were again so open in the centre. But Carrick was not responsible for recruiting Youri Tielemans, who lacks physicality and mobility (and Aston Villa haven’t missed him) and Andrey Santos, a Chelsea reserve.
Carrick was not responsible for the board’s damaging failure to strengthen at centre-back and left-back. Carrick was not responsible for his main striker Benjamin Sesko being injured and the board’s failure to provide him with cover. Carrick was not responsible for the club he loves being in the grip of co-owners like the Glazers whose priorities are focused more on business than the sport. The direction from the top has been negligible, arguably negligent. No real leadership. No expertise.
Carrick may be out of his depth but many United fans sang his name during the painful demise to Bournemouth because they know he cares and they know the problems lie elsewhere. The Stretford End again sang in protest at the wretched Glazers.
Noticeable that there were few songs in support of Bruno Fernandes. He is supposed to be captain, rallying the players, Footballer of the Year, Player of the Year, not arm-waver of the year, underachieving and complaining. Yet Bruno will be at United longer than Carrick.
Carrick was praised for United finishing third last season and getting in the Champions League. But he will doubtless go partly for his own failings and mainly the failings of others. And United will be trapped in this doom loop again. And again until the core problems are addressed in the boardroom - and the Glazers sell up - and flaws in the recruitment department. #MUFC #MUNBOU

You know what annoys me? The same United legends who are always vocal about managers’ shortcomings and piling pressure on them to get sacked suddenly go quiet when it’s their mate Carrick. Same thing happened with Ole. The guy’s won one in eight, and that was against Sabah FK!

‘The supporters are of the upmost importance to this football club’
So why are the club proactively employing people to ban those supporters then?
This is a man who genuinely fails to see that the values of this club have changed - It’s all about revenue now, not trophies.

The United cycle is now at the demand for a glamorous tyrant - Conte - to show these players what real work looks like. That'll be followed in 18 months by a giddy interim spell by an earnest club legend - Johnny Evans - and then by an Ineos-coded ideologue with good hair - Howe.

You respect our club more than the owners 🙂

I personally would welcome more damning interviews like Lisandro Martinez or Erik ten Hag. Anything that puts more spotlight on those at Manchester United who are to blame for the ongoing state of the club & it's failures is a good, necessary thing.

This isn’t Carrick ball. These are players passing and moving that have been coached to do so for a year plus by Amorim.
I know this passing and movement very well. I saw it in sporting, I see it in Milan.
English coaches like Carrick don’t coach movement like this.

🚨🗣️ Paul Scholes on Lisandro Martinez criticizing the Manchester united board:
"For me he is brave and wants the best for this club because if he doesn't wants to win with united, He wouldn't have criticized them on air"
"Some former united players are saying he was wrong to do that but, these former united players don't really care about the club because how can you see what is going on and tell a player that He is wrong to criticize the owners and management"
"Lisandro Martinez has shown how brave he is and I will forever respect him for that"

🚨🗣️ Roy Keane on Lisandro Martinez interview:
“I’ve never fallen in love with a current United player like I have with this lad. He has the guts to say what even the manager is afraid to say. I love players who speak their minds and aren’t afraid of the consequences. Honestly, I absolutely love this guy!” 🔴
🚨🎙️ Ryan Giggs on Lisandro Martínez’s comments about the Manchester United board after their defeat to Atlético Madrid:
🗣️ “If the board decides to take action against Lisandro Martínez, convincing players to join Manchester United in the future could become much more difficult.
Because what exactly are you going to tell them? Come here and waste five or six years of your prime playing for nothing?
I know INEOS won’t take his criticism lightly, and honestly, I wouldn’t be surprised if Martínez never plays for United again.
But I can’t thank him enough for what he did tonight because his actions spoke louder than any fan’s words. People aren’t even beginning to understand how significant that moment was.
He put himself on the line to expose what he believes is wrong at this club, and if his actions help bring real change to the people running United, he’ll always be a legend in my eyes.” ❤️
