Support something bigger than basketball. 🏀💙
The Chandler-Gilbert Community College Women's Basketball program is raising funds to help provide our student-athletes with the resources they need to succeed on and off the court. Your support helps cover travel, equipment, team meals, player development, and creates opportunities that make a lasting impact.
Every donation—big or small—makes a difference.
Thank you for believing in our program and investing in the future of our student-athletes.
Together, we're building champions in the classroom, in our community, and on the court.

Unbelievably sad to see the PRC small gym demolished this week due to the fires. Started playing basketball in that gym at the age of 7. So many great pick up games that brought the people of the community together all throughout the week year around. Great basketball leagues that brought the best players in LA, even ex professionals. Such an awesome place that has a ton of great memories. A place that inspired me to coach and create a journey that I am still on to this day. Thank you for the memories. Hopefully the new facility will due the same for the future community members. RIP Small Gym. #PRC #PalisadesRecCenter

Addy Horsley is headed home 🏔️
Committed to Utah State — Pac-12 bound.
A true freshman point guard who trusted the process, stayed the course, and believed in the vision. She trusted the coaching staff, embraced the work, and developed every day.
From Chandler to the Pac-12.
Proud is an understatement. The future is built here.

1. Exposure is the real currency
You can play in NCAA sanctioned events that aren’t involved with a shoe circuit. Make sure you send film that can show you can play. In addition, make sure you develop relations with college coaches through e-mail, phone calls, and social media. Make sure you play for coaches that have connections with college coaches — vitally important.
2. Coaches don’t recruit circuits—they recruit players
If you can play, you’ll get found. Period.
3. Role and production matter more than logo
Can you impact winning? Do you fit a system? Are you consistent? Not just what jersey you wear.
4. The hidden downside of shoe circuits
Some players get lost in the crowd. Limited touches = limited evaluation. Families pay a lot for a logo, not development.

Big-time congrats to Melanie Ortiz on her commitment to La Sierra University in Riverside, California. Your work ethic and growth have earned this opportunity—now it’s time to keep stacking days and chasing bigger goals. We’re proud of you! 4/4

Congratulations to Freshman Point Guard Addyson Horsley on being named NJCAA All-American Honorable Mention. An incredible accomplishment and a huge moment for our program — it's a tribute to your hard work, consistency, and leadership all season.
Horsley averaged 17.9 ppg, 6 rpg, and 6 apg — she was the only player in the entire ACCAC to be top 5 in ppg and apg! She is currently holding multiple Division 1 offers. #ACCAC #NJCAA #NCAA #D1PG #CGCC

Recruiting advice:
If you are being recruited by a college coach, have the common courtesy to tell the coach you have made your decision to go elsewhere. #recruiting #ncaa # naia #recruitingadvice #college

269. 🏀💥 School Record.
Unselfish basketball, extra passes, big shots: 269 threes. Record broken.
This year’s team shattered the previous record by over 100, a historic achievement. We finished #1 in the entire ACCAC (DI & D2) in 3 pointers made, as well as #8 in the entire country. Only the beginning.

🚨🚨 ATTENTION Division 1 Coaches 🚨🚨
Addy Horsley is a Division 1 Point Guard with 3 years of eligibility left. She can play in ball-screen action, post-ups, and ISO situations. She score on small guards or 5’10 or above guards on switches (while getting fouled). She has it all in her bag, and ready to go. She is a leader and a winner.
