Crazy day that ended with the stadium scrambling out after a massive brawl. But a great day for @natalie_deford who leaped up 21 spots from her seed for a career best finish at nationals. The best is yet to come! @MTHSGirlsTrack

Simons birthday party was a success. Got to see these two guys outside of track which was a treat! Thanks Jim Kasap for letting us borrow the pizza truck. @weyenethk @cshooprun
Our coaching staff had the pleasure of having @AleciaM27 put on a ankle wrapping clinic. I need practice. Coach Weyeneth and coach Shoop had a lot more success.
Coaches,
Looking for a few meets to fill out your 2023 track schedule? Check out the Metamora Mach Speed and Flight night and the Morton Distance Gala in May. Two cool meets highlighting your sprinters, and field athletes one day and your distance crew the next!@MortonXCTF

One of the most fun nights of the year, “The World Games” is in the books! The 2022 rendition did not disappoint. 7 new “World Records”were set ⚡️⚡️But most importantly, the team spirit was on full display. What a great group of athletes, great season, and great memories made.
What an awesome end of the season event! The world games did not disappoint. Here are your 2022 teams! Also our second to last timer pic of the season. One more awaits at the @ShaZam_Racing honor roll meet! Ladies and parents, thank you for a great season.

Congrats & good luck, Jake!
Instead of a banquet each season we do the world games! It is a unique event inter squad meet. Seniors draft captains and also coach/assign events for their teams. This years seniors hard at work checking athletic.net results and choosing their teams!
Not a bad picture of Kailani vaulting yesterday!
