FYI if you have an active Amazon Prime membership and you get an email that looks like this, it is a phishing-type scam. From the sender's domain it looks like it originated in Romania. Always be sure to read the fine print with these messages!

I find it hard to believe that after FOUR DAYS, the cause of this issue is still unknown. It's certainly not fixed.

If, as you say below, you are not able to identify a cause, how can you possibly know that there's no breach?

The Sage Drive service has failed a few times recently and I can't find a post-mortem on any of those

@sageuk @askSageUKI I think your customers deserve a detailed explanation of the fault and what is causing the #sagedrive issues.Vague copy/paste updates are not acceptable.Has there been a breach of user data? Our business is crippled as a result of this incompetence.Sort it out
Why do you always do this? All my customers using SageDrive still have problems.
