Wild that we get to be alive in this era. Ideas can turn into finished work in hours now. Relationships that would have been impossible decades ago can start in a day if you're willing to meet face to face.
If that doesn't fire you up, check your pulse.
Jameis Winston starts every quote with paraphrased scripture and finishes it with a Snapple Cap fun fact. Ain't mad about it. I like it. I'm here for it.

MJ’s jumper wasn’t just pretty. It was unfair.
Perfect balance. High release. Smooth follow-through. And that ice-cold composure while rising over anyone who dared contest him. Even the toughest midnrange looks became effortless.
Elbow pull up. Baseline fade. Contested rise. Every part of the motion stayed controlled, clean, and deadly.
But the real secret?
The footwork that set it all up. That’s what made his jumper nearly impossible to guard.

They more “mad” about Shane Gillis’ monologue….
Than the bitch who killed her three children.

Its important to know that step count vs all cause mortality rate are inversely correlated.. as expected. But more important to note that benefits begin to plateau between 8-10k steps. Better said they flatten out.
The curve is steep from 5-10k steps. Meaning its WAY better to get 10k than 5k. After 10k you have to walk 2x as much to get the same INCREMENTAL benefits as you did from 0 to 10k.
5k = 30% less risk of death relative to the genpop (similar age group)
10k = 55% less risk
20k = 70% less risk
It takes 5k steps to reduce risk by 25 percentage points (5➡️10)
But it take 10k steps to reduce risk by 15 percentage points (10 ➡️ 20)
So 20k is still better than 10k. But you have to work 2x as hard for diminishing ROI.
This is the nature of fitness, athletics, weight loss. Maximizing ROI** is doing the basics. And its the easiest to attain.
Maximizing benefits is HARD. Even if you're just walking. Let alone competing or challenging yourself.

I've been eating a pint of blueberries per day for over 20 years straight.
Now repeat for push-ups, daily steps, outdoor/nature time, sleep. So on and so forth. This is the way.
The couple sitting 6 inches from me at the bar just broke up in real time as I ate my burger and watched the Cowboys game. Wildly deep conversation and a little heartbreaking....
Then the bar keeper came over and asked if they want dessert. No. No? Come on you suureee? 😂

You walk into Rite Aid or Walgreens in October and witches and skeletons are for sale hanging around the big sign that says free flu shots.

I assign no value - positive or negative - to what any famous actor, musician, etc. has to say about anything political.
So, I am neither elated when they agree with me, nor angry when they are communists.
I recommend trying that.

My local health store clerk doesn't charge me the $0.10 cents he charges everyone else for paper bags. The security guards and cleaning staff swing by my office at work just to say hi and ask about weekend plans; they don't feel comfortable enough with other execs in the office. The girl at my coffee shop makes my order for me if the line is long and just gives me a nod to come grab my drink and says, "It's on me." The restaurant bar i frequent i drink for free... granted i barely drink but my glass of occasional wine is on the house if I get it.
All i do with these people is say hi, smile and say hope they have a nice day. Nothing self righteous or look at how good i am. Some of them i still dont know their names.
But these are the real-world interactions that happen every day to most of us. It's pretty good out here. Don't let the battle on Elon's or Zucks app fool you. Don't ignore it. But zoom out

The older I get, the more I realize the beauty in being a regular somewhere. Local coffee shop. Gym. Small restaurant. Whatever. There’s something special about the way these third spaces create a feeling of belonging. Real community. It’s deeply human and seriously underrated.
High performance contributors in the matrix corporate environment as well. Same but different. Need to move, hit something, jump, walk, sweat.
Since becoming a founder and meeting other founders, Ive iobserved how peoples mental load becomes a silent weight on their life and function.
How could it not, right? You are betting your whole life on a high risk idea, you have hours obsessing over a topic, people depending on you, constant problem solving, grappling with unknowns all the time
Your thought cans circle for hours on an infinite drain. Maybe its looking at meetings, or thinking about future meetings, flights, what if scenarios, and the body internalizes ALL of this
For the sake of your long term durability and mental function, I am telling you
YOU NEED TO MOVE
More thinking is not going to alleviate all the thinking.
Stretch, twist, mobilize, deep breathing, go to the gym, walk, do some cardio, get some exercise and exerkines going
Whatever is lowest hanging fruit, DO IT.
