Many thanks to the ever excellent @KennysBookshop for sourcing & delivering into Ireland what may well be the best addition to my home library, the #IgnatiusCatholicStudyBible with commentaries from the brilliant #DrScottHahn & learned colleagues. A wonderfully impressive volume
The #marmalade making season has begun with the arrival of a box of beautiful @OrganicRoldan #SevilleOranges Nom nom 😋 🍊 Soooo fresh and squeezey 😀

Before he was Pope Leo XIV, Robert Prevost had heard about 16-year-old Donal Walsh who was dying of cancer in the west of Ireland. He was so impressed by Donal's deep that he wrote him a letter offering to make him an honorary Augustinian. And two days before he died, Donal was sworn in.
This is the story of a teenager whose courage and conviction inspired Ireland, and also a future Pope.
A brilliant afternoon at #DCUGraduation. Delighted to be there with new @DCUAlumni and especially @ConorReale Phenomenal! 😀👍
Congratulations to newly minted Dr @ConorReale on the successful defence of his Doctoral thesis - a phenomenological exploration of teachers civic identity. A truly excellent achievement Conor and phenomenally well done 😀 @JoeOHaraDCU @EQI_DCU @OireachtasNews 👍
Powerful words to resound through all eternity at the baptism of grandson Donnacha Kevin today, ‘I claim your soul for Christ our saviour by the sign of His cross’. ❤️
Thanks to Pope John XXIII, my mother and St Martin de Porres on 3rd November. A joyous day to be a Martin. 😀
1 Chronicles 29:11-13: Greatness, power, splendor, glory, and majesty are yours, LORD, because everything in heaven and on earth is yours 🙏

Appealing for support and to spread the word for our great friends from @KilleaghGAA - the Motherway family and young Rory. A lovely young chap. In need of our help and working so hard himself in Rehab ❤️ So brave. Please donate and share. Thank you.
(1) Rory Motherway, 19-year-old engineering student and talented hurler and footballer with Killeagh GAA, was in a serious car accident in May that left him with paraplegia, and now his family needs our help to make their home accessible for him. gofund.me/afaa6bd7
A degenerate & insane provocation to world Christianity and heritage at #Paris2024 #Olympics #openingceremony Ultimately, a feeble mockery and nothing more. Non nobis Domine - Not unto us O Lord … but to thy name give glory. Psalm 115:1 👍 youtu.be/AWb0Z5yA1XA?si=UVmH… via @YouTube
