Although the SCC didn't strike down the #STCA, it remitted the case for a review based on s 15 of the Charter & its findings on s 7 engagement & safety valves have important consequences. Proud to have rep'd @CARLadvocates w/@ASadinsky as interveners.

Doing so would provide a safety valve to a cohort of women & girls who the govt already said are at heightened risk of "human trafficking and sexual violence" when it recently expanded the STCA and closed Roxham Road.
