🚨 JUST IN: In a bombshell statement, Brazil’s Superior Electoral Court President, Justice Kassio Nunes Marques, just SOUNDED THE ALARM, declaring there was absolutely NO RULE allowing voting to continue for an extra 2+ hours — an unprecedented order from Lula’s Supreme Court ally that benefited his regions. “The preliminary decision issued after voting had closed created DIFFICULTIES in the electoral process…there [were] no regulations authorizing any extension.” 🤯 “Never, in the history of the TSE, has there been ANY extension.” “It would not be possible, in just a few hours, to determine with certainty that no side effects — especially on the technological side — resulting from a court decision would significantly impact the vote count!” He also reminded the Supreme Court that the Electoral Justice system is “the institution to which our Constitution attributed the exclusive competence to manage the electoral process.” Yet Lula’s handpicked justice bypassed the TSE after 5 PM and ordered it anyway! EVERYONE SAW THIS, and critics believe the election was stolen. This judge raises serious questions. Sadly, Brazil is facing deep political divisions and concerns over its democratic institutions.
