@Etisalat_Care - hello we are getting 30mbs download speed - expecting 746mbs. Have logged the problem on 101 twice but the issue is not resolved. How can we get the problem resolved properly.
Thank you for your quick response. Your engineer was here and was able to give good advice and our Internet speed has more than trippled during his visit. What was unfortunate is that he wanted to charge us 150Aed for the visit because we contacted via social media.
@Etisalat_Care clearly we did not agree to the 150 AED fee apparently charged because we contacted via @Twitter as this was not made apparent to us.
