In collaboration with Institute of Materials - EPFL @EPFL_en , CNR- Istituto di Struttura della Materia and Sincrotrone Elettra @elettrasincro, we have reported an exciting new study on Bi2Se3/CdSe in Materials Today Advances.

Done entirely within our research group, this work demonstrates a simple hydrothermal route for Cr-doped Bi₂Se₃, achieving Cr incorporation levels comparable to MBE and identifying the nanoscale doping limit.
