We were thrilled to conclude Day 1 of the @EmoryLaw Legal Scholars Roundtable on AI! We had a wonderful group of authors and commentators this year, too many to tag directly.
I had a wonderful time attending and presenting on trademark Schedule A enforcement and infringing AI-generated outputs at the 31st Annual Intellectual Law & Policy Conference, put on by @FordhamIP at @FordhamLawNYC last week. There's nothing really like it!
Hundreds of IP attorneys, academics, and others from across the globe descend on Fordham for an opportunity to, as @HughCHansen says, learn, debate, and have fun! I hope the conference continues for many years to come.
