I produced my best 20 minute power for years tonight. I’ve broken multiple time trial records on the tandem (post stroke) and hold some solo ones (pre stroke). I am registered blind, but I can’t compete as a paracyclist in the #CommonwealthGames. How is that inclusive? Pls rt

Average power hour by hour - Edinburgh to London plotted against 2019 CTT 24 Hour champs (first 18 hours) - more junctions, traffic, lights etc means you're pedalling less so broadly lower but AP (Average Power) for both was identical. Thanks to @MP_CCoaching for the analysis.

Nando's, closed roads and 'thinking I'm gonna get wrestled off my bike': how Mike Broadwith dramatically broke Edinburgh to London cycling record trib.al/z838Llg
Absolute honour to support @24HourMaths and @endtoend2018 in the setting of a new @RRA_GB Edinburgh to London record. A ballsy ride by Mike, to beat a very challenging 32 year old record. 🎩
I’ve only just stopped driving after horrendous traffic and I still have no idea how this has happened but (subject to @RRA_GB ratification, which is not a formality)…. we have a new record! 🎉
Really excited to be helping (in a small way - as support crew) the phenomenal @24HourMaths and @endtoend2018 (for updates and info) as he attempts this historic @RRA_GB record. Get dot watching folks.....exciting times!
