Sweet 16, survive and advance!

The @angi_home rep would not tell me the appeal process and wouldn’t allow me to speak to a supervisor despite multiple requests. She eventually said I could speak to him, but I’d be waiting a couple hours. I’ve emailed support and customer service. Nothing yet

I was billed for the job but the job wasn’t complete. I called. I was told no refund could occur unless the newly scheduled job was canceled (leaving me w no repair plan). I was charged for jo job, despite having (in writing) “we won’t bill you until the job is complete”

An @angi_home rep said I would get a new booking so I knew I needed to clarify. After agreeing, the appointment was rescheduled….

Absolutely disappointed with @angi_home. New member, and this was my first experience. I was told one thing and when I called for help, was told I misunderstood. I have a chat log, nothing misunderstood. They also have a “happiness guarantee” that apparently is false.

Can’t wait till tipoff!

Got this earlier in the week, and received a HUGE blessing last night. Took a chance and it paid off.
