After nearly six years of operating this route, what procedures did Fly Dubai and Israeli authorities have for screening foreign pilots assigned to flights carrying Israeli passengers?
Intel Gaps:
Did the Omani co-pilot request to be on this route/flight?
The co-pilot was with Fly Dubai less than a year - how many times was he on this route?
Was he radicalized and activated for this flight?
Sounds like a familiar repeated mistake
President Trump is now offering Iran sanctions relief and access to frozen funds in exchange for concrete steps on its nuclear program.
Sound familiar?
It’s a lot like the nuclear deal President Obama negotiated, which I worked on and which Trump tore up in his first term and replaced with nothing.
A big reason we ended up in this failed war of choice.

Here is the much bigger problem for the regime in Iran : its central bank allocates subsidized foreign currency (oil revenue sitting in China, etc) to the trustees (the sanctions evaders who run the regime's trade) at roughly 40% below the street rate. That discount is the glue holding the regime's trade networks together. Once the oil money stops, the regime runs out of the cheap currency it hands to the people who keep its economy alive. No cheap FX, no trustees. No trustees, no trade. That is the start of maximum fracture.
If the White House holds its demands with no sign of flexibility, this is the pressure that forces the regime to choose: drink the poison, or lose control.

Today, as part of Operation Economic Outcast, Treasury severed the Iranian regime’s critical financial lifelines in Türkiye. The Office of Foreign Assets Control designated Türkiye-based Golden Global Bank and its subsidiaries, which have facilitated tens of millions of dollars’ worth of transactions for the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps-Qods Force and provide the Iranian regime with key correspondent banking access that allows it to move its funds internationally.

@MPPregent @FoxNews @JesseBWatters @kilmeade

We need more quality sarcasm like this. Tommy, like all Navy veterans, knows that we don’t fight in the rain or after dark. If only the air crew and maintainer unions would work together to stop this all-weather malpractice.
🚨 BREAKING NEWS: Leaked footage from the USS Abraham Lincoln (CVN-72) flight deck has revealed shocking footage of Sailors being compelled to work under harsh weather conditions. This has prompted Democratic lawmakers to demand Pete Hegseth’s resignation. Experts argue that this unnecessary risk endangers everyone’s lives.
Significant admission:
Iran's Qalibaf:
"No matter how much military power we have, if the people are hungry and we lack financial circulation and economic growth, we won't endure."
"Security and the economy are interdependent. If we establish security but don't sustain it with the economy, it won't last."
"As combatants, we value peace more than those who merely speak of it."
They did - that's why I went Army.
