Mind you, he should be in jail.
The Counsel for Katiso Molefe requested that his bail conditions be amended.
Currently he reports 3 times a week to Morningside police station. They proposed he be allowed to travel anywhere in the country, but inform the State 5 days before so that an arrangement can be made with a Police Station where he is. An example was made of Welkom and Durban.
The State did not oppose the amendment. The Judge will receive a draft and he'll make a ruling today.
