#SB1383 has been signed into law! Well done, @SenHannahBeth!
I can't help but think about how #SB1383 would have impacted my family or my ability to be with my mom before she died. Workers shouldn't have to rely on arbitrary kindness of employers to care for family or bond with a new baby. @SenHannahBeth's bill rights a societal wrong.

There are significant gaps understanding the effects of #COVID19 on pregnant women, lactating women and their infants. There are few recommendations specific to these women regarding this virus. We need clinical trials to reflect higher-risk populations: bit.ly/3kKPmfl
