🚨New Legislation Alert🚨
The NCAA Division I Council adopted Proposal No. 2022-32 to modernize official visits for Division I prospective student-athletes during the recruiting process.

The players who are primarily focused on social media platforms will prob. eventually play BEHIND the ones who play for, I don’t know, their own development and team success.
SM for recruiting is just a FILTER of your playing ability and character.. and we know how that works.🥴

#PSA to PSA’s. If you want to make sure to be seen at an event, do your best to email at least two days ahead. Most of us are traveling the day before so your best bet for us to see your email is more than one day out! #RecruitingAdvice 🤩🏐🫶🏼

What He said x 1000 - so many 💰 grabbers taking advantage of parents and athletes! The recruiting process is self-driven not 💰 driven! Cost $0.00 to do the research and send an email! PSA’s - There is no magic formula or recruiting service that has more influence than you do!

This (x 1000). I’m so sick of services taking $1000’s for “helping a kids get recruited….recruits are getting the same quality of offers on their own. Only if recruits knew that many, or most coaches have these emails going straight to the spam bin. #usav #JVA

TRUTH! It’s a shame so many people try to profit off by selling their services that claim ‘there’s a new way of getting coaches interested’ through social media or they can do it for you 🤦♀️- can we please focus on hard work and building genuine relationships ? #oldschool

As a junior sports community we ALL need to encourage PSA’S to put their energy, time and focus on things that truly matter > hard work > character > academics (these get you opportunities) NOT lists and rankings, many which are fee & subscription based! #integritymatters
@ejhawthorne34 🗣👏🏼…exhausted talking to athletes AND parents about lists that DO NOT matter for them to play at the next level! There are SO MANY lists, how are they even relevant…#AskingForAFriend

🗣FACTS🗣 According to the @NCAACompliance Legislation…D1: 13.10.1.1.1, D2: 13.10.2.2 & D3: 13.10.3.1 ALL state staff members SHALL NOT EVALUATE OR RATE A PSA for news media, scouting services or recruiting services. Carry on. #listsdontmatter

Stop ranking juniors players! The negatives far outweigh any perceived positives that come from these lists. And how can they be even remotely accurate? Our kids do not need one more person telling them they are less than, especially in public or via social media. They are kids.

Congratulations to @TigerVolley's Adri R for kill #1000! Adri was already the all-time school leader in kills and came into tonight needing six for the 1000-mark.
