Historic hat tricks 🎩
Sam Bennett and Carter Verhaeghe combined to mark the first time in @FlaPanthers history where multiple players recorded a hat trick in the same contest. #NHLStats
“Give thanks in all circumstances.” —1 Thessalonians 5:18
Some prayers come through tears. We can bring God our struggles and still find reasons for gratitude.
Keep praying. Keep caring. Check on someone today. 💚🙏

This morning’s lake view and devotional reminded me that God gives us a new day to plant something good in someone’s life. 💛
With October being Breast Cancer Awareness Month, I’m thinking of my grandmother. She survived breast cancer twice, lived to 95, and was one of the strongest Christian women I’ve ever known. Her faith and love still inspire me.
Real men wear pink. Real strength also means showing up, listening, and caring. 🎀
Whether someone is facing cancer, struggling with their mental health, or quietly losing hope, a simple “How are you, really?” can open the door to support.
Today, let’s put our faith into action. Pray for someone. Check in. Remind them they matter.
Because caring can save a life. ❤️
.@marlins_man am I doing this right? @FlaPanthers home opener and ran into Stanley! Let go Cats! #VamosGatos #MarlinsMan2.0
On this World Mental Health Day, remember that you don’t have to face today’s burdens alone. 💚
God’s presence in the valley doesn’t mean we won’t struggle. You can love Jesus, have faith, and still need a counselor, treatment, or someone to sit beside you and listen. Asking for help is an act of courage.
If this morning feels heavy, take one small step toward support. Your pain deserves compassion. You are not a burden, and your story isn’t over.
And if you’re able, check on someone today. Ask how they’re really doing. Listen with patience. Remind them that the world is better with them in it.
May we be part of the way God’s love reaches someone who needs hope today.

As September and National Suicide Prevention Month comes to a close, the conversation and advocacy for the cause must continue. Checking on one another, listening without judgment, and reminding people they matter are things we can do everyday and all year long. 💙
As many of you know, this cause is deeply personal to me. I walk in memory of my brother Tyler and with hope for everyone who is struggling, grieving, or finding their way forward atleast once a year.
This year, I’d love to invite you to join me and my team for the Out of the Darkness Walk on Sunday, October 25, at 9am in Davie, Florida. Whether you’re coming to support me, honor someone you love, or stand behind this cause, your presence would mean so much to me and my family.
In the end, let’s keep showing up for one another, one conversation and one step at a time. Comment or direct message me if you’d like to walk with us and/or make a donation.
Good night all! 💤 🌙
Meet the two newest additions to our family, Willow and Kyoto! 🐾❤️
How fitting that we adopted these two on @FlaPanthers opening night and celebrated it with an awesome overtime win! Our home just got a little more playful and a whole lot more loved.
Love getting cats for my Cats! 🐈🏒 Go Panthers! #VamosGatos
💙 ONE MONTH FROM TODAY 💙
On October 25th, I’ll be participating in the AFSP Broward County Out of the Darkness Walk at Nova Southeastern University.
Suicide prevention is a cause that is incredibly close to my heart. I’ll be walking in memory of my brother Tyler, for those we’ve lost, for those who are still fighting battles we may never see, and for the families and friends who walk alongside them.
I would love for my friends, family, and community to come walk with me. You don’t have to have the perfect words or a personal story to make a difference. Sometimes simply showing up reminds someone that they are seen, loved, and not alone.
Save the date: October 25, 2026. 💙
Come join me. Let’s walk for hope, awareness, prevention, and a brighter tomorrow. 🙏

RIP Chad! So many great times! Coral Springs Easycore Forever! ❤️❤️
Congrats again Josh! I’ll never forget our fun times in 2001 when you were a Brevard County Manatee and your passion going into the 2093 playoffs!
Today is September 1st, the beginning of National Suicide Prevention Month. 💙
This cause is incredibly personal to me. In 2014, I lost my little brother Tyler to suicide at just 23 years old. Every year, I participate in the Broward County Out of the Darkness Walk in his memory and in support of everyone impacted by suicide and mental health struggles.
But over the years, I’ve also realized that Tyler isn’t the only reason I walk. I’ve had my own struggles and dark periods in life and I know firsthand that you can look perfectly fine on the outside while fighting battles very few people know about.
That’s something stories like Ken Griffey Jr. and Michael Phelps have always reminded me of. Two incredibly successful people who have spoken publicly about reaching very dark places themselves. Their stories are reminders that mental health doesn’t care who you are, how successful you are, or what your life looks like from the outside.
That’s why this year, rather than simply raising awareness, I’m asking you to come walk with me.

📍 Nova Southeastern University — Davie
⏰ Check-in: 8:00 AM | Walk: 9:00 AM
Walk for someone you’ve lost. Walk for someone who is struggling. Walk for someone you love. Or just come walk because you believe no one should have to face their darkest moments alone.
I’ll be walking for Tyler. I hope you’ll walk beside me. 💙
For those we’ve lost. For those still fighting. For hope.
