Even more immigration? Mark Carney is totally out of touch. Conservatives are fighting to put Canadians first. Sign to back our plan to stop them: conservative.ca/cpc/fix-cana…

I finally got around the entire WEF YouTube catalogue in DSX! 🔥 I've also successfully built into it key search word indexing going as far back as 2006. I am now effectively able to find with one search any word from any WEF video ever published. DSX is a BEAST! 🥳

Liberals have managed to create both a labour shortage and a job shortage at the same time. It's actually quite Impressive if you really think about it. 🙃

And as for “SURFANDTURF1”? Make no mistake, Scott is no fool. He's intelligent, calculating and, in my opinion, operates more like a financially motivated mercenary than a champion of shareholders. He has sought to recruit shareholders and management to his cause, rally them around his narrative and turn their grievances into leverage. For a while, that strategy appeared to work. But there's a rather important distinction between representing shareholders' interests and recruiting shareholders to advance your own (or perhaps your sponsors' in this case). And even the most accomplished mercenary eventually has to answer one rather awkward question: Who's paying for the campaign, and who gets the spoils? So far, we've seen plenty of SURF... WAVES of accusations, speculation, space calls, trolls, and very expensive courtroom theatrics. And precious little TURF... actual money on the table. He promised surf AND turf multiple times, starting with Gensler then Rubenstein, then Schwab and so on, but all we're being served is a fishy story AND a load of bull. 🥩🦞 In the meantime, this MMAT Trustee is doing God's work, and I pray they see it till the end in good health. Today's hearing will be interesting. Bon appétit.

And what about Greg McCabe? To the best of my knowledge, McCabe has not sold his MMAT shareholding and remains among the company's top 3 largest shareholders (myself and Tom Welch are the other 2). If verified, that creates an important economic consideration. A substantial shareholder may have an incentive to maximise the estate's eventual recovery, although equity ownership alone does not establish that every proposed transaction is fair or that the shareholder's interests are identical to those of creditors. The trustee must serve the estate according to the statutory priority of claims, not the personal agenda of any single shareholder. That is why the proposed sale deserves to be judged on its merits, with proper scrutiny of the consideration, alternative offers, conflicts and likely recoveries. Then there is the question of overlapping legal interests. The Chapter 7 trustee has now brought a separate market-manipulation action against Citadel Securities, Virtu Americas and the Anson entities. That litigation seeks accountability for alleged misconduct affecting MMAT trading. Meanwhile, Authentix is a defendant in a separate trustee action concerning a challenged asset transaction. Is Traudt aware that lawyers representing Citadel in the market-manipulation litigation are simultaneously representing Authentix in its dispute with the estate? If that representation overlaps, shareholders are entitled to ask what the overlap means, if anything, for the competing litigation strategies. Now add the unusual 100-share acquisition effort. A document naming Scott Traudt as buyer. A shareholder who says Danielle Spears solicited his shares and delivered the package. An express objective of acquiring bankruptcy participation rights. And a ready-made response to an anticipated manufactured-standing objection. Again, no single fact proves wrongdoing. But taken together, they justify asking whether these activities were independent, who authorised them, and whose interests they were intended to advance. Follow the evidence. Who prepared SURFANDTURF1? Who authorised its distribution? Who funded or intended to fund the purchases? How many shareholders were approached? Why the urgency to establish standing? Scott, where is your binding offer, your proof of funds, your litigation budget, and your evidence that the estate will actually recover more? Because promising half of a hypothetical victory which... you and Spears have already proven you are willing to settle for ~$70k-$650K (your two asked to McCabe) is rather easier than financing one. And is there any evidence connecting these efforts to parties whose financial interests could be affected by the trustee's litigation? I am calling for the documents, communications, financial records and court filings necessary to determine whether such interests exist. Because after everything MMAT shareholders have endured for years, they deserve more than another one of your COURTROOM PANTOMIME performances. The question is no longer just who wants a seat at the bankruptcy table. It is whether that seat is being sought to help recover value for the estate and its stakeholders, or to advance interests that have little to do with maximising shareholder recovery. And if these events are not entirely independent, the final question becomes unavoidable: Who, if anyone, is coordinating the operation, and whose interests are they serving? Connect the documented dots...

🚨💥REMEMBER: Canada has given Zelensky $25.5 Billion. LOOK AROUND. We are in a fucking affordability crisis. IT FEELS LIKE WE ARE TEETERING ON COLLAPSE. We are borrowing money to give to Ukraine that will NEVER be paid back to us. THERE ARE *NO* REPAYMENT PLANS IN PLACE. And have the people of Ukraine EVER thanked Canada? Like, have you seen their media or ANY officials other than Zelensky say 'THANK YOU'? NO. NEVER. (Listen, Ukraine in NOT our fucking responsibility. As long as 1 Canadian does without - not a single penny should leave the country for any form of aid - ESPECIALLY military aid.)

MMTLP ⚖️ Case: William Lee Kelly v. Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (FINRA) 🏛️ U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit 🔢 Appeal No.: 26-5634 📂 Underlying case: 2:25-cv-01195-APG-DJA, District of Nevada 📄 Filing: Appellant’s Opening Brief — Docket Entry 4.1 📅 Filed: October 9, 2026 ⚠️ Not legal advice. 🔎 What is this about? Kelly is appealing the dismissal of his lawsuit against FINRA concerning the December 2022 MMTLP trading halt and the replacement of MMTLP shares with Next Bridge Hydrocarbons shares. 🙋‍♂️ KELLY asks for another opportunity to correct his complaint and have the district court reconsider his case. 📝 Why did the judge dismiss it? According to the brief, the district court dismissed Kelly’s Rule 10b-5 securities-fraud claim because his latest complaint did not allege a qualifying purchase or sale. 🔒 The judge also denied another amendment & dismissed that claim “with prejudice,” closing the door to correcting it in the same case. Kelly admits his complaint left out important facts—but argues that omission could be fixed. 🔄 His central argument: the share replacement was a transaction Kelly says his MMTLP shares were cancelled and Next Bridge shares were issued in their place. He argues this exchange can qualify as a purchase & sale under securities law, even w/out a conventional trading order. 📚 He relies on SEC v. National Securities. Whether that precedent applies to this particular exchange remains for the courts to decide. 💬 One sentence captures his appeal: “The error on appeal is not the dismissal but its finality.” 🗣️ In everyday terms: “My complaint left something out, but the judge should have let me put it back in.” 📂 Why does he want another chance? Kelly says the cancellation & distribution facts appeared in an earlier complaint & were discussed in an earlier court order. ✅ He argues that restoring those facts would not introduce a new story or surprise FINRA. 🔢 He also disputes the judge’s description of this as his “third attempt.” Although he filed 3 versions, Kelly says only 1 amendment followed a court order identifying deficiencies. He argues the judge counted complaints instead of meaningful opportunities to fix them. (Pg. 12–14.) 🛡️ What about FINRA’s immunity? Kelly says FINRA raised regulatory immunity, but the district court did not decide it. 📣 He alleges FINRA changed the issuer’s corporate-action notice w/out authorization & then relied on those changes to justify the halt. ⚠️ Those are Kelly’s allegations—not findings established by this filing. 🏛️ He wants the district court to address immunity if the case returns. A successful appeal would therefore leave that defense unresolved. 🧩 What happens to his other claims? Kelly argues that other parts of his case fell because no securities-law claim survived: 🇺🇸 Fifth Amendment claim: He wants the district court to reconsider its authority over FINRA for this related constitutional claim if the securities claim returns. ⚖️ Declaratory relief: A request for a court declaration about the parties’ rights. 🛑 Injunctive relief: A request for an order requiring or prohibiting conduct. 🔗 He wants those issues reconsidered if an underlying claim survives—not granted immediately by the appeals court. (Printed pp. 15–19.) ➡️ What does Kelly want the Ninth Circuit to do? 🔓 Set aside the relevant dismissals. ✍️ Reverse the refusal to allow another amendment. ↩️ Send the case back to the district court. 📄 Permit a 3rd amended complaint. 🚦 What would a successful appeal mean? It would reopen the case for further proceedings. It would not establish fraud, award damages, or order MMTLP trading to resume. 🛡️ FINRA’s immunity & the remaining securities-fraud requirements would still need to be addressed. ⏭️ What comes next? Ordinarily, FINRA submits an answering brief, Kelly may submit a reply, and the Ninth Circuit reviews the appeal. Will we see an Amicus Brief from @palikaras?
