The Palestinian Authority signed Oslo agreeing that Area C would remain under full Israeli control. No 1967 borders or Palestinian state were ever mentioned. Now Palestinians call the same settlements “illegal” and demand a state inside Israel’s borders. It was legal when they signed, 30 years later, it’s suddenly illegal. The real violators of Oslo are the PA themselves, through their sponsorship of terrorism, suicide bombings, and the intifadas. The Palestinian claim over Judea and Samaria has no legal grounds. The claim that Israel is stealing land is pure propaganda.
