I spout our school rankings and speak of our academic rigor, but it’s the outcomes our graduates earn that truly impress. Camerin Spahn ‘17 and Lilly Anderson ‘24 were back on campus highlighting that you can be STEM and a D1 Hooper!
The best part of the NJIT Career Fair?
Seeing our own alumnae ♥️ back in the WEC, representing top companies and inspiring the next generation of Highlanders.

According to a 2026 report from the National Science Foundation, the STEM workforce grew by 26% between 2013 and 2023 compared to the non-STEM workforce, which grew 9% - STEM jobs are projected to continue growing at a faster rate than non-STEM jobs for the next decade. #WhyNJIT
NJIT WBB is looking for a DOBO/Assistant Coach. This is an important position which will handle all facets of a D1 program - scheduling, compliance, travel, meals plus player development, scouting and on-court coaching. DM if interested.

Congrats to Madi! A hard worker on the floor and in the classroom!! Earned her undergrad degree in 3 years, wicked smaht!
An absolutely historic year on the court and we put up our 3rd highest GPA in the Spring semester since the 2018-19 season. The academic rigor here is real, the degree of difficulty is worth the Degree! So proud of this squad, they have set the bar high. #wickedsmaht

This is one of my favorite moments of the season - when the team was made aware that Ale had become the all time leading scorer in Highlanders WBB history. A great student, an unbelievable player, the hardest working player I have ever coached, a solid dancer & a true competitor!
