@policylaila this is something you should look at when you become MoL. The current payment service is a con and set to make you fail. You register try and pay and can’t because you need a customer ID that’s not provided. The pictures shown what is needed to login. @TfL

@TfL hi. I just set up an account to set up congestion/LEZ charge auto pay, just in case I accidentally went in it today. Account is asking for customer id but I haven’t been sent it. It’s my partner’s vehicle, not mine. What do I do? Don’t want to be fined.
