I am thrilled to announce that we recently launched a new studio website, showcasing many of our recent projects.
Check it out to see what we've been up to: KrinskyDesign.com
Introducing our branding for Bower Brooklyn, a new luxury rental development on Atlantic Avenue.
The name Bower draws from the idea of a sheltered retreat, a place shaped by greenery, calm, and a sense of escape. That concept carries throughout the property, where lush interior greenspaces, a rooftop pool and natural elements bring an unexpected softness to urban Brooklyn living.

Ombelle: Fort Lauderdale
Construction has officially begun on Ombelle, a two-tower development in Fort Lauderdale that features 754 condo units.
Foundation work has begun, with rebar cage installation ongoing.
The tower is expected to top out at 525 FT or 43 floors mid 2027.
Introducing our branding for OneTen Coffey. One of the most exciting new buildings to come to Red Hook.
Introducing Abner Row, a distinguished collection of 28 luxury townhomes developed by RedHoek+, with architecture by Pliskin Architecture / panyc and FAB 314 Architecture Workshop, and interiors by Nicole Cohen.
Rooted in the history and character of Allenhurst, Abner Row takes its name from Abner Allen, the original landowner of the 120-acre farm on which the Borough was founded. Defined by a close-knit community and a more intentional coastal rhythm, each residence brings together timeless architecture, refined detailing, and modern comfort to create a graceful new expression of living.
The Abner Row logo identity was designed to capture the spirit of the townhomes themselves. The crest reflects the architectural lines of the exterior façades, while the mark brings together the iconic “A” with a clean linear detail symbolizing the Row. More to share soon!
Excited to have partnered with Related Group on the development of a new landing page website for their brokerage arm, Related Realty. The full website design will be launching soon.

My thoughts on AI.
I have a very high radar for spotting where AI is being used. I can usually tell immediately when a rendering, video, or piece of marketing was generated with AI. Most of it still looks cheap and devalues a project.
I don’t see it as a threat. The same way Fiverr or Canva aren’t a threat.
The clients who value branding with soul want people with a soul shaping their projects. The clients who just want something quick and inexpensive are free to use AI to brand their projects. Those were never the clients we were working with anyway.
What I do love about AI is how dramatically it has lowered the barrier to building tools.
For example, just this week I built two incredible ones.
The first is a custom CRM that scrapes my email, automatically indexes new leads, and tags what stage each project is at. Good luck getting off my follow-up list now.
The second is even cooler. We built our own lead-generation engine that uses public data to track where new development projects are holding in the pipeline, giving us a real-time map of opportunity.
And honestly, this is just the beginning. There’s so much more to build.
