QOTD: "You know, I am enjoying reading your write up ... but I also have the strong desire to call you a 'nerd' and give you a wedgie. That would be a HR violation... right?"
I really like this article on being serverless and comparing to the microservice movement. Having done Production Support for a lot of my career, I always liked the concept but had some real concerns. Good article @srvaroa. tinyurl.com/f9aa458j
.@chriskrycho explains why you should continue to learn new things even when it may not make sense to others. I really like this article - tinyurl.com/48tc5rbb
Interesting blog on 2024 Database Introspective - tinyurl.com/44pb377d . Thanks to @ember_crooks for the lead on this.
.@mattdinniman Thought you were a uncouth heathen for not using King Missle as the distraction on p521. Then my faith in you was restored when I saw it mentioned a few pages later. I was like "How could he drop that ball?!?" <a few pages later> "Ah, there we go."
.@mattdinniman Just finished Book 7. That was intense. Feel as drained and as beat up as I did at end of "Saving Private Ryan". But laughed often and had more WTF moments than I can count. Phenomenally done.
