If the government fucks up and kills you tomorrow, even if it’s through no fault of your own, you have to live out your last moments knowing the President of the United States will head a coordinated smear campaign aimed at villainizing you in the eyes of 300 million people. Government agencies and even some civilians will spend hundreds of hours digging through your past, finding your darkest moments and bringing them to light to the public with the sole intent of making people care less about your death. Whatever legacy you have built prior to this has now evaporated. It doesn’t matter if you were a mother. It doesn’t matter if everyone who knew you thought you were incredibly kind, hardworking, and loving. None of that matters anymore. You will be reduced to a “radical left lunatic”. A domestic terrorist who hated their country and is better off gone. This could happen to any of you, at any time. This is the country you live in. Do not forget it.
