Valuable contribution from @AnnaVignoles via @CreativePEC & @timeshighered. Arts & sciences HE are not, and have never been, a zero sum game. They are each vital to the UK economy + are each vital to each other. Economic value ≠ graduate earnings alone!!!
Are there too many arts graduates? That is the wrong question. Scrutiny of graduate outcomes is appropriate, but the issue is much more complex than arts versus science, says @LeverhulmeTrust’s @AnnaVignoles

Last week @CreativePEC published a series of research on #CreativePlaces. Our contribution shows that the UK's creative sector was hard hit, though effects were heterogeneous. In collaboration with colleagues from @SPRU: @JoshSiepel @MJBloom_ @Pat_casadei Camerani & Masucci👇👀
For Day 2 of #CreativePlaces we are publishing the 2nd report in the #CreativeRadar series from @SPRU.
The researchers mapped creative businesses to find out where they are, and how they have managed to survive, and even thrive, during the pandemic.
