@HappyHiller I had to cancel aeration and over-seeding that was scheduled this weekend because your crew couldn't navigate a dead end. This cost me money. @JimmyHiller your management makes promises they don't deliver on. @AndyCordan is my next call.
What's worse, your crew wasn't doing work at my house or my next door neighbor. Yet, we paid the price for what has to be substandard training. No trained tech would drive a rig towing heavy equipment up a steep driveway they had no business being on and expect to back out.
On top of it all, when your guy realized his mistake, he used my and my neighbors yard to get free....and said nothing. @JimmyHiller you employ people that damage property and run away. A simple sorry, I made a poor choice would have averted all this ire. Mgmt seems no better
@HappyHiller Your crew didn't know how to navigate a dead-end. They dug deep gouges in the asphalt trying to use my neighbors driveway to turn around and after digging their rig into the street a few dozen times finally used my yard as an escape route. Appreciate that.
