The Ending Importation of Russian Oil Act of 2022 prohibits the import of diesel into the United States unless the president submits to Congress a certification that Russia has agreed to withdraw from Ukraine, recognized Ukraine's sovereignty, and poses no threat to NATO.
How is this consistent with the law?
Went to see #AvengersEndgameEncore because I hadn’t watched the original movie in a cinema and my son hadn’t seen it at all. Still a great movie but the extra post credit sequences really aren’t worth it and make it a worse not better movie
