For a niche tweet of interest only to @SouthwestAir Rapid Rewards loyalists, this got far more views than I expected. So a follow-up observation while I have your attention: everything SWA has done since Elliott Investment Management seized their proverbial yoke has been designed to steadily make the once unique Southwest product indistinguishable from what the legacy carriers (Delta,United, American) offer, which makes it all the weirder that Southwest Rapid Rewards remains the only U.S. airline loyalty program that doesn’t permit you to earn lifetime status. In other words, one of the few legacy carrier policies that every SWA Rapid Rewards member would welcome is just about the only legacy carrier policy that Southwest hasn’t adopted. Hey Bob Jordan, you want transform your airline into a de facto legacy carrier? Then you need to repay your best customers’ decades of loyalty with lifetime status, just like your aspirational peers at AA, Delta, United, and even Alaska all do.

In the 80s, McD surveyed customers; the response was overwhelmingly no mustard, and there’s been none on the burgers ever since. Some McD’s even lack a mustard dispenser.
The only issue is when an NYC customer gets a burger with mustard elsewhere, they’re unhappy. 😆 🍔

As I posted earlier, my family came to Disney World for fall break. Went to the Hall of Presidents to watch the short presentation. At the end, they named each President in order. When they came to Obama, they skipped straight to Biden. Then, instead of naming Trump, the simply said and now we come to the present. Never named Trump as the 45th or 47th President. I almost got up and walked out. They did have Trump's animatronic recite the oath in which he named himself.
Still thought it showed disrespect to the office, and to Walt's memory. What else should I have expected, I mean it is Disney after all.
