So today marks 35 years since I became a barristers Clerk. Still in the same set, with wonderful staff and members, and still loving what has been an interesting and challenging career. If I bumped into you over the years thanks for helping me on a fantastic journey.

We fixed a four day case today, nothing special about it, for March 2027. Utterly ridiculous and how are witnesses expected to be as good after so much time?? Completely have to reprepped by Counsel.

So I had a stroke on Wednesday at my desk. Luckily colleagues recognised the symptoms and I was in hospital within 35 minutes. Please retweet and remind people Face, Arm, Speech & Time. Time is key for stroke victims and I owe everything to those @12CPBarristers who acted.
