Dan, honest question. Do you know if the review team uses the tenth of a second clock in review land? Like the NBA does? Refs don’t immediately call delay of game penalties. They see the zero and then look. They don’t just immediately blow the whistle. Only explanation

I think only explanation is the NBA tenth of a second clock is kept in review land. 0.00.9. Would also explain why every team gets to snap at 0.0 and not be called for delay. WMU did it a few times tonight. Either way WMU didn’t deserve to lose. Michigan did.
