dropshipping margin dies in places your spreadsheet never shows. returns, chargebacks, a supplier who ships late in cyber week. a digital playbook has none of that. no cogs, no shipping, no restock. build it once, sell copy 1,000 at near zero cost.

everyone says clipping a podcast into shorts is creative work. it's mostly hours of scrubbing a timeline for the good bits. tapescribe skips that. paste the episode link, get captioned 9:16 clips of the parts worth posting, from $9.99/mo. tapescribe.com/clips

my current read: high-ticket b2b stores should skip bfcm discounts entirely. a buyer ordering a $3k commercial freezer is on a budget cycle, not a promo calendar. for anyone selling $1k+ items to businesses: did a november discount move close rate, or just margin?

everyone's scaling ai ads to hundreds of variations for bfcm. i'd cut instead. cpms climb that week and every extra variant starves the winners. at $2k/day on meta during cyber week, how many creatives do you keep live, and at what spend do you kill one?

ai ugc ads this bfcm: label them or not? label. the ftc fake review rule allows fines up to $53k per violation for fake testimonials. smartest counter: labels kill hook rate and enforcement is still slow. where does your label go, first frame or caption?

Webinar slides were never the bottleneck. A 13% close on 300 live people means the offer and the pitch carried it, and the deck was just the wrapper.

We hit $775k MRR this month, up $52K. That's a $9.3M run rate, and $10M ARR is back in striking range.

The gap to $10M ARR is about $58K more MRR. That's barely more than the $52K we added this month, so the math is closer than it looks.

The products feel slicker than they have in a long time. That matters more than most founders admit. A rough product leaks every acquisition dollar out the back.

Effort levels are a cost dial before they're a quality dial. Make xhigh the default and every cheap agent step pays for thinking it never needed.

Voice AI for support stops mattering the moment it can't issue a refund. Sounding human is the cheap part, the escalation path is what customers actually judge.

skyscraper guides vs short answer pages for AI search. i'm on answer pages. LLMs lift one clean paragraph, not a 5,000-word guide. fair counter: long guides earn the links that get you cited at all. for black friday, which format gets your next 10 hours?

Same supplement brand. Same product. Same price on the shelf. Daily revenue went from $29k to $68k in two months, and the only thing that changed was the funnel.

I can't re Two things I'll need to keep it accurate: - The $29k and $68k figures are only in your notes, so I'll use them only if you confirm them. - If the figures are a coaching client's revenue, I'll anonymize or drop them unless you confirm you have their consent.

Once you have those numbers, paste the full path into Claude and ask it to flag every point where the message changes tone or promise. Those seams are where people quietly bail. Check each flagged seam against your drop-off numbers before you touch anything.

Honest caveat: I can't cleanly split the lift across the individual changes, and I won't pretend I can. Fixing a chain tends to move the whole chain at once. Still working out which piece carried the most weight.

Everyone says subagents are for speed. Run five in parallel, finish faster. Reality: their value is a clean context window. A subagent auditing Black Friday product pages never sees your ad research, so it can't blend the two. Isolation beats parallelism.

6 slots in every Veo 3 prompt that actually renders. subject, environment, camera, motion, lighting, style anchor. the slot almost everyone skips: camera. that's why so many cyber week ads look like stock footage. write camera-grammar, not adjectives.

one person, 3 weeks to black friday, time for one fix. rewrite category pages for google, or chase chatgpt citations with listicles. i keep category pages. that's where buyers land with a card out. which do you keep, and what breaks when you drop the other?
