We wonder!
“Top Welsh journalist” does a lot of heavy lifting. Particularly “journalist”.

What a disgusting slob. I wonder what happened to the police investigation into his CCP links?

Europe is burning. The Strait of Hormuz is all but closed again, our power grid is struggling and Burnham is droning on about VAR. He's out of his depth in a puddle.

They promised this in 2010.
Complete charlatans.

He's a liar.
The only risk to Britain retaining sovereignty over the Chagos Islands comes from @UKLabour
Wes Streeting updates the House on his policy on the future of the British military base on Diego Garcia.
Then Sir Julian Lewis MP points something interesting out. Wes panics and deflects to @trussliz and @BorisJohnson ....

The Free Speech Union was proud to support @BrodieMitchell1.
It is not a crime to say that a keffiyeh looks like a “tea towel”.
We wish Brodie all the very best with the rest of his studies.
‼️Huge Update: No Further Action!! One tea towel comment. One year of @SurreyPolice hell. Someone started on me. I said their keffiyeh looked like a tea towel. That was the “crime.” Interviewed under caution. Case now CLOSED. Free speech is not illegal. This madness ends now.

'The constitution' is the way the civil service stops ministers doing anything - even Labour ministers. Very honest by @darrenpjones - he agrees with Reform we need to abolish the Cabinet Office and change incentives to make civil servants serve the public. politics.co.uk/2026/10/darre…

🚨 NEW: Andy Burnham has announced changes to car parking fines
- Drivers will have a 5-minute grace period to decide whether to park and 10 minutes to leave after a parking session ends
- A £20 maximum charge on appeal for minor mistakes, such as entering the wrong number plate or not displaying a permit
- Charges will also be cancelled on appeal for breakdowns, medical emergencies or broken ticket machines
- The £100 cap on charges will remain
- The rules will come into force as soon as possible and operators that break them will lose access to DVLA data
Robert Jenrick gives the second speech of the afternoon and lays it out clearly: Tory plans help barely 5% of people while Reform’s plans benefit everyone.
Keep your pension, raise the tax threshold to £15,000 so no one pays tax on the state pension, energy price cuts and restoring the navy.
I believe Jenrick is being lined up to take over after Farage has done the first term as PM. To be fair there are a few who could step up, but he would be a strong choice.
@RobertJenrick
To think people in this country voted these Monsters into office, and are Stupid enough to still vote for a Labour party that is embroiled in:
Scandals, Sleaze. Corruption.
MPs lining their own pockets and living in luxury.
Just some of many Disgusting Paedophile MPs caught.

More companies will walk away as this government threatened to move us back into the EU with its over zealous restrictions
Another British Fumble!
£2bn AI data centre in Essex. 23,000 Nvidia chips, planning permission sorted, Microsoft signed up as the anchor tenant
Microsoft has reportedly now walked. Because the grid told them they can't have the power until 2033/34
The government literally named this site in its own AI action plan. They talk about AI growth zones every other week. And we can't get 90MW to a field in Essex for 8 years
Same story as the reservoirs. We don't build the boring stuff, so the exciting stuff can't happen here

🚨 Huh? … Burnham wants to join the EU’s internal electricity market (which we don’t need to do! ) … But Brussels wants something mental in return.
It wants payment for electricity market access. But it also wants a PERMANENT financial contribution from British taxpayers to help reduce ‘economic inequality between EU regions’
Yes, you read that correctly…. Even though we aren’t in the EU they are demanding we fund poorer countries so we can be as poor as them!
WE VOTED TO LEAVE I can’t believe this is happening.

This is a very serious issue, and yet I have seen no questioning of @andyburnham about this, his only appearance has been a soft ball interview about slop for LadBible. This is an insult to all of us.
🚨National security adviser’s wife faces fresh scrutiny as more posts emerge
Britain’s national security adviser, Jonathan Powell, is under renewed pressure after even more posts by his wife, Sarah Helm, came to light than previously known. Helm has questioned the lack of direct testimony from alleged Israeli rape victims, dismissed UN findings on sexual violence by Hamas as “botched,” shared a Himmler quotation next to an Israeli strike, called Assad’s anti-Israel remarks “important,” linked the 7 October attacks to 1948, and demanded a no-fly zone over Gaza. For Powell, whose role involves counter-terrorism and relations with Israel, the posts create an immediate conflict of perception: a spouse publicly soft-pedalling a group responsible for mass murder undermines confidence in his judgment and leaves the government exposed to charges of divided loyalties.

I'm not Dan. I'm saying get ready for unrest here if Burnham doesn't act now and get measures in place.
But even you know the point I was making but your unhealthy obsession with Reform gets you foaming with rage.
There's a fine line between being obsessed and possessed.
Which one are you?

The begining which nobody talks about now
February 2014. Maidan Square, Kyiv. John McCain filming the protests, standing shoulder to shoulder with US Ambassador Geoffrey Pyatt, while Victoria Nuland stands just behind them.
A striking snapshot of Washington’s direct involvement in Ukraine’s political upheaval.
The same officials who spoke so confidently about democracy were right there amid the turmoil surrounding the removal of a democratically elected president.
This raises an uncomfortable question: was this truly about defending Ukrainian democracy, or about Washington advancing its own geopolitical agenda at Ukraine’s expense?
