what i'm about to tell you effects millions of crypto users, get your crypto off CDC immediately!!! right now!!!
CDC just emailed me saying they’re going to completely TERMINATE my account.
my account has already been locked for 6 months and they said nothing, I’ve had the account open for over a decade, yet they still haven't given me any clear timeframe for when I will get my funds back.
right now, today, they tell me that my account is now getting nuked. that's $500K gone. and now i'll likely have to fight CDC in a legal battle to get it back, maybe years more time.
for some people, losing access to an account like this for 6 months could literally be make or break. thankfully, I’m in a position where this doesn’t directly affect me in my day to day life, but that doesn’t make it any less serious.
holding someone’s funds for 6 months with no clear explanation or timeframe is completely unacceptable.
then going and completely terminating the account without warning, just an email out of the blue is even more insane!
this industry is cooked, get your crypto off these bs platforms or you'll be next, get off CDC and sell your CRO, boycott them.
It's only going to get worse.
so today, CDC just reached out to me again.
obvs, after seeing this post that now has 100k+ views, they’re speeding up the process, being crazy apologetic and emailing me saying 'you can count on us'
yh well, couldn't count on you for the last 6 months.
isn’t it crazy how you need to get 100k views on a social media post just to get heard on an account with $500k in it.
millions of people don’t have this luxury. literally, the amount of stories in the comments from people getting rekt.
i cba, i used to like CDC at the start, when they were monaco, but something seriously bad went wrong.
blame CDC, blame the regulators, it’s probs a combo of both, but ffs, it’s just a piss take.
