Our MDS3001 trial of imetelstat in transfusion dependent #MDS pts is now online @JCO_ASCO: 37% 8-week RBC TI rate, slightly higher rate in HMA/len-naive subset, a number of patients had reduction in clone size during treatment. Phase 3 ongoing. $GERN ascopubs.org/doi/abs/10.1200…
Our European MDS Registry project has been accepted onto the UK NIHR research trial portfolio. Good to see that registries are gathering research currency, recognising valuable complementary role to clinical trials #MDS_EUROPE
