During King Tide periods, be mindful of your surroundings, avoid driving or walking through flooded areas, and remember that heavy rainfall can worsen flooding.

Know how to spot dengue fever! 🦟
Dengue is a mosquito-borne illness that can range from mild to severe. If you develop symptoms after being in an area where dengue is present, talk with a health care provider about your symptoms and whether you should be tested.
🚨 While most dengue cases are not severe, severe dengue can become life-threatening and requires immediate medical attention. If symptoms become severe or you notice warning signs such as severe abdominal pain, persistent vomiting, bleeding, or extreme weakness, seek medical care right away.
The best way to prevent dengue is to avoid mosquito bites. Spray, Cover, and Drain. Use insect repellent, wear protective clothing, and take steps to reduce mosquitoes around your home.
