“y'know i think you fly her better than the doctor! don't tell him i said that.” val gave a chuckle but as the TARDIS landed his grin was unmatched as he held up a hand for a high five. “hell yeah! that was perfect, ace!”

good! be careful, those table feet jump out at you like snakes.

unwrapping the sandwich there was indeed a biscuit and his smile grew. picking it up he took a bite, his stomach instantly growling and betraying his nonchalance. whoops. “thank you, ace. just been a little distracted.”

good! he's not letting her put her hearing at risk. the doctor would have his ass.

getting up from the ground he made his way down to the pair, holding a fist out to ace for a congratulatory fist bump. “sorry pal, but we had to make sure we won. great job drawin' him out ace!”

ah yeah, if he's that angry somethin' is going down and it's got my attention. i'll just have to listen better next time.

“consider it a deal, just promise not to loose it. we might only have the one shot to make copies before he hides that picture away.” only maybe, that was just a guess if he were honest but better to get it done the first time just in case.
